Capture the magic of Christmas with a fun and magical experience at our Christmas Selfie Studio with one of our real Santa’s! This December, you’ll have the chance to snap selfies with none other than Santa Claus, the jolliest Santa in town.

Our festive studio is decked out with holiday cheer, offering the perfect backdrop for your memorable photos. Whether you’re capturing a solo shot, a family moment, or a fun group photo, Santa Michael will be there to add a special touch to every frame.

Christmas Selfie Studio sessions with Santa include approximately 10 minutes of private time in Christmas decorated rooms, capturing magical moments with your family on your own camera or phone.

To ensure everyone has a great time and everything runs smoothly, all guests are required to sign conditions of entry before entering the Selfie Studio. These conditions of entry ensure that if any items are damaged, the responsible party will cover the cost of repairs or replacements. We ask that you listen to our assistants during your session for a smooth and enjoyable experience. They’re here to help you get the best shots while keeping everything in order.

Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 5 minutes late, your session will be forfeited.

• Selfie Days: December 6th, 6:30pm to 8:30pm

Christmas Selfie Studio Conditions of Entry

1. Allocated Time
   You have approximately 10 minutes allocated in the studio with Santa, giving you access to all four rooms. Please note that the 10-minute limit is strictly enforced, so plan accordingly to make the most of your time. Please ensure you arrive on time, as any delay may reduce your total time in the studio. Unfortunately, we cannot extend your session beyond the allocated slot. If you’d like more time, you are welcome to book multiple sessions in advance, subject to availability.
   
   
2. Damage to Studio Items
   All guests are responsible for the studio’s items, props, and equipment during their session. If any items are broken, damaged, or removed from the studio, the person who has made the booking will be required to pay for the repair or replacement costs.
3. Rescheduling and Cancellations
   You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your appointment, subject to availability. If no alternative time is available, please note that your deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions or refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
4. General Conduct
   We ask all guests to respect the space, staff, and other visitors to ensure a fun and festive experience for everyone. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of your session without refund. By booking your session, you agree to these terms and conditions.
5. Group Supervision and Safety
   For safety reasons, we ask that all guests in your group stay together during the entire session. Children must be supervised at all times by an adult to ensure their safety and prevent damage to the studio’s items. Please refrain from letting children roam or play unattended in the studio rooms.
   
   
6. Photography and Personal Items
   Guests are welcome to bring their own cameras or smartphones to capture moments with Santa and in the studio rooms. However, professional photography equipment such as external lighting is not permitted unless prior approval has been granted. Please be mindful of your belongings during your session, as the studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We recommend travelling light to make the most of your time. Selfie sticks and light portable items are ok.
7. On-Site Assistant
   Our friendly assistant will be with your group at all times during your session. They can assist by taking photos, especially if you’d like a group shot. However, the assistant must remain with your group for the entire session and is not available for individual tasks outside of your group. Please ensure you make the most of their assistance during the allocated time.
