A tailored experience, our Sensitive Santa creates a comfortable and quiet space to encourage a stress-free encounter with Santa. These sessions have been specifically created for children with diagnosed disabilities and availability is limited.

Santa Photos Hideaway
Santa’s Hideaway, located in a private studio in Bringelly, just approximately 25 minutes away from Campbelltown and Liverpool, and about 30 minutes from Penrith. Our studio features four unique backdrops that provide the perfect setting to capture your special Christmas moments. Whether you’re gathering with cousins or creating cherished memories with Santa for your immediate family, we are dedicated to ensuring these memories last. Our studio is wheelchair accessible, and we are committed to making your visit to the Hideaway a truly memorable experience.
During your visit, everyone can have a photo with and without Santa in a room of your choice. You can choose from at least one room, and if time allows, additional rooms can be purchased at an additional cost This year, we are offering two Santa photo package options:
5-Minute Santa Snap (Choice of 1 x room with and without Santa)
Experience the holiday magic in just 5 minutes in a single room. Our skilled photographers will capture every smile and moment with Santa, making it ideal for hesitant teens, kids aged 6 and above, as well as cousin groups.
15-Minute Magical Encounter (Choice of 2 x rooms with and without Santa)
Immerse yourself in a delightful 15-minute session with Santa at The Hideaway, capturing the essence of Christmas.
Additionally, we are offering some limited spots of 2 and 3 family combo sessions in September and October only, perfect for larger and extended families, such as cousins and blended families. These sessions range from 30 to 45 minutes, allowing us ample time to capture a combination of magical moments.
Our experience is designed to accommodate all kinds of family dynamics, including nuclear families, foster families, and those with step-parents. We warmly welcome children with special needs to join us for this magical encounter, where joy, wonder, and memories come to life in the heart of Santa’s Hideaway.

FAQs
This year Lasting Memories will be taking Santa Photos at Santa’s Hideaway Bringelly and Richmond Marketplace NSW.
Bringelly is approx. 30 minutes’ drive from Campbeltown, Liverpool and Penrith.
Richmond Marketplace is approximately 30 minutes’ drive from Penrith, Blacktown and springwood.
Bookings are compulsory. You pre book online. To make your booking go to the Santa photo tab when bookings open.
We are excited to be able to welcome you all back to Santa’s Hideaway Bringelly and Richmond Marketplace for the 2022 Christmas season. We will start taking photos at Santa’s Hideaway on Tuesday 4th October.
Bookings will open on a monthly basis.
Bookings for October will open on Monday 26th September, this will also include bookings for pet photography with Santa.
Bookings for November will open on Monday 24th October, and this will include bookings for pets and children with special needs (Sensitive Santa)
Bookings for December will open on Monday 21st November, and this will include Sensitive Santa also.

Hello again, I'm so sorry to make this post and I would love to help you all out, however I just don't have the resources. Anyone that has booked multiple sessions please advertise them on this post (another post will be coming shortly). There will be no refunds or credits for those of you who have made multiple bookings. Once you have gotten rid of your additional bookings we will need the persons name, email, phone number and children's names and ages (sort out the deposits between your selves) If you do not manage to pass on any additional spots please tell us so we can open them up for others.
