Easter Mini Terms and conditions
- $150 for a lasting Memories Usb. $170 for new USB
- $52.50 deposit. $50 deducted from USB price.
- 20-minute sessions.
- All 3 rooms are included, providing the children are co-operative and Time permits.
- All photos taken without the Easter Bunny.
- All photos taken put onto usb, unedited.

** For an additional $35, you can have your photos edited (color balanced, sharpened, cropped and special effects eg: black and white).
** If your old USB doesn’t work, you will be required to purchase a new one.
Terms & Conditions
Booking Fee
When making your online booking a $52.50 deposit is required, $50 will be deducted from your USB price on the day of photography.
Arrive On Time
We kindly ask that you aim to be at the studio 5 minutes before your session. If you have not arrived by your allocated time slot, your time will be cut short. If you are running later than 10 minutes, you will forfeit your photo shoot and deposit. Please don’t arrive too early, as you will have to wait longer in your car.
When you arrive, please text 0438246806 with your surname and number plate. Please remain in your car until you receive a text inviting you in.
Payment Methods Accepted
$50 is deducted from your USB total price. Only cash payments are accepted at the studio.
USB’s Policy
Please note that we do not cover Old USB’s that are corrupt, damaged, or write-protected. If your USB is damaged and we cannot use it, you will be required to purchase a new one on the day of your photo shoot for an additional $10.
Poses
There is no set number of poses when doing mini shoots. We have 3 backdrops on offer and if time permits, and children are cooperating, we will utilise them all. We will take family photos with mum and dad, the children together and individual photos of the children.
Family
A family consists of 2 Adults and 3 children. Additional family members will be an extra $10 per person.
Group Photos
We can only accommodate 8 people at any one time. A group photo (cousins etc) must have a separate booking. E.g: If 2 families are having individual family photos and would like a cousin photo of all the cousins together, 3 booking spots will be required.
Time allocation
Bookings for the Mini shoot at the Hideaway Bringelly will be approximately 20-minute sessions.
Please Be Patient
Please note, that while we make every effort to stick to the schedule, our booking system is not intended to eliminate wait times but to minimise them, expected wait time may be up to 15 minutes. We do have pram and wheelchair access.

FAQs
Easter minis do not include the Easter Bunny. Sessions are approximately 20 minutes long. We have 3 different background available (2 Easter themes and 1 plain). Depending on the children and if time permits, we will try and utilize all backdrops. We will take family photos, sibling photos and individual photos’. All photos are put onto a USB and you take them home after your photoshoot unedited. If you would like your photo’s edited (colour balanced, sharpened, cropped, special effects eg: black and white) it is an additional $35 and these edited photo’s will be sent to you via email, within 7 days of your photo shoot.
The Easter Bunny will visit the Hideaway Bringelly on Saturday, 19th April. We will also have Easter Mini sessions on the 29th and 30th March at the Hideaway Bringelly. Easter Minis DON’T include the Easter Bunny.

Bookings are essential
The Hideaway Bringelly has the choice of 2 USB packages:
We take 3 different backdrops with a few poses on each (with and without the Easter Bunny). You receive all photos taken on USB after your photo shoot.
Old USB (must have lasting Memories Logo) = $150
New USB =$170
*All photos are put onto USB unedited after photo shoot. If you would like the photo’s edited (colour balanced, sharpened, cropped, special effects eg: black and white) it is an additional $35, and photo’s will be sent to you via email within 7 days from photo shoot.
If you do not attend due to illness and do not notify us prior to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. If you notify us prior to your appointment and present a medical certificate / positive PCR test, we will try our best to reschedule you. We can only reschedule you within the same month you originally booked, providing there is availability. If there is no availability and we have a doctor’s certificate / PCR positive test, we will refund you $30.
Every photo taken is put onto your USB. This is different for everyone, as some children are harder to photograph than others.
We will ensure you have a decent photo of each pose/scene that is taken.
You dont have to supply a USB as we have them with our logo on them. Once you have purchased one of our USBs you will receive a discount in the future if you return that USB. If you insist on bringing your own, we will upload the photos for you, however you will still be required to pay new USB price.
In order to receive the “bring back last years USB” discount, the USB must have our LASTING MEMORIES PHOTOGRAPHY logo on it, and be presented on the day.
*IMPORTANT* It is advisable that you back up all your photos that are on the USB. Unfortunately we are not responsible if something happens to your USB and you do not have a back up.
