Arrive On Time

We kindly ask that you aim to be at the Hideaway 5 minutes before your session time. If you have not arrived by your allocated time slot, your time will be cut short. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will forfeit your deposit and your photo session.

Please text 0438246806 with your surname and number plate. Please wait in your car until you receive a text message inviting you in.

Payment Methods Accepted

$50 is deducted from your USB price. Cash payments only. No eftpos at the studio.

Receiving Your Photos

You will be able to take all your unedited photos home on USB on the day of your photo shoot. USB supplied straight after the photoshoot. If you would like your photos edited (additional $35, we will colour balance, sharpen crop and convert some to black and white), they will be sent to you via email, within 7 days of your photo session. You will still take the unedited photos home on USB after your session.

Cancellation Policy

You do not have the opportunity to reschedule your appointment. If you want to cancel your appointment you will forfeit your $52.50 booking deposit. There are strictly no refunds.

If you or someone in the family is unwell and has flu-like symptoms, please contact us via email at [email protected] or call us on 0438246806. If you provide a medical certificate, we will refund you $50.

Please Be Patient

Please note, that while we make every effort to stick to the schedule, our booking system is not intended to eliminate wait times but to minimise them. We will try our best to ensure you do not wait longer than 15 minutes in your car, however, please keep in mind that we must thoroughly clean and wipe over all surfaces before we can invite you in for your photo session.

USB’s Only

There will be no printed photos. If you already have a Lasting Memories USB please bring that with you to receive a discount. If you do not have a Lasting Memories USB you may purchase one on the day of photography.

Each Family MUST have their own USB.

USB’s Policy

Please note that we do not cover Old USB’s that are corrupt, damaged, or write-protected. If your USB is damaged and we cannot use it, you will be required to purchase a new one on the day of your photo shoot for an additional $10.

Extra Poses

Each family receives 2 poses with the Easter Bunny (In Bunny Room Only), and 2 portraits without the Bunny on one other backdrop of your choice (2 backdrops to choose from). If additional poses are requested, an extra $10 per pose will be charged.

Props

We can offer glasses, hats and Bunny ears, if you have your own props, we do encourage you to bring them.

Group Photos

We can take group photos this year; however, we can only accommodate 8 people /children at a time. A group photo (cousins, grandparents, friends etc.) must have a separate booking. E.g: If 2 families are having individual family photos and would like a cousin photo together, 3 booking spots will be required.
