Sensitive Santa Sessions
Sensitive Santa is offered to families of children with Special needs. This session is designed for children with sensory issues. The environment is calm, quiet and relaxed. During your session we will try and take 2 different backdrops (however it will depend on the children, on the day). Some children with special needs walk in and immediately get excited and love Santa, whereas others may be overwhelmed. We take the time to help make your children as comfortable as possible, and also can take photos with Santa before the children even realise, he is there.
Sensitive Santa sessions offer a little more time (approx. 15 minutes per session). If you have any special requests, we will do our best to accommodate what ever is needed to help make the session, easier and enjoyable.
The Hideaway is a personal experience for each family, and 95% of the time we can take children with special needs in an ordinary individual family session, (please just write in the notes when making an individual family session booking that you have a child or children with special needs, and what their diagnosis is).
Important Note
Due to the limited spaces, please be respectful and ONLY book a sensitive Santa session if your child can not cope with overstimulation. Otherwise, please book a general session as these are suitable for all children. Our sensitive Santa sessions should only be booked for children who require a settled environment.

A tailored experience, our Sensitive Santa creates a comfortable and quiet space to encourage a stress-free encounter with Santa.
These sessions have been specifically created for children with diagnosed disabilities and availability is limited. Kindly consider this when booking and opt for this option only if it genuinely meets your needs.
- Price:
> $170 for new customers
> $150 for returning customers with an LMP USB.
> If your previous USB is non-functional, you can purchase a replacement for $10.
*A deposit of $52.50 is required to secure your online booking and payable on our system. On the day of the photoshoot, $50 will be subtracted from your final total.

Optional Editing
- Additional $30 to have all photos edited and emailed to you in 3 days. (Colour balanced, sharpened, cropped, black and white)
You will take your unedited photo’s home on the day, and will receive your edited photo’s via email 3 to 4 days after your photo shoot.
